Body Harmony is a form of gentle hands-on bodywork that will show you new ways to relax and unwind. This often results in an increased freedom of movement, the flow of energy and mental clarity. During class participants regularly discover deep resources of relaxation within them and find new ways to respond to the opportunities of life. The ability to relax is fundamental to physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Body Harmony will help you develop that ability.
What makes Body Harmony special is that it respects each person’s body as ‘one of kind’ and great benefits come from a conscious touch that is willing to listen to the unique preferences of that body.
Classes are undertaken in loose comfortable clothing. Parts of the class involve working on massage tables. (There is no nudity or rubbing oils on the skin)
No previous experience necessary. It is easy to learn and a joy to share.
Participants should wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a cushion and a blanket.
